A FULL DOSE TRUFFLE CERMONY AMSTERDAM

When nature calls and you feel the longing to dive deeper into yourself we guide full dose truffle ceremonies for individuals, couples or small groups.

A full dose truffle ceremony is an intense inward journey. This day or evening ceremony takes 7 hours of which 4-5 hours deep journeying. We strive to let you have a safe, loving journey where everything can be felt and experienced. We create a safe home setting for you, and we are fully available during the entire journey with beautiful music. We are committed and experienced truffle guides and we guarantee 100% presence, physically and mentally. We do have a lot of experience with guidance and more than 20 years of spiritual experience. We follow the guidelines of Maps.org and The Third Wave. We pay a lot of attention to the ceremonial set and setting, which are important conditions for a profound journey. We are not therapists, so we don't make any medical diagnosis and the ceremony is not a medical treatment. It is an intense process for and through yourself and we fully trust the power of The Medicine and your own power.

The truffle session is in a ceremonial setting in either a small group ceremony (max 6 or 7 travellers) or a private ceremony (1:1, 1:2 for partners/friends or with a small group of 3-6 friends). It is in a homely setting in the city center of Amsterdam. There will be beautiful music and we play live instruments ourselves. Beforehand there will be an intake to meet up to the expectations and to reflect on the physical and mental state.

Pre-journey intake:
By telephone (optional; in person) we discuss why you would like to do the ceremony and what your expectations are. We talk about whether this is the right time and moment for you to dive deep. You can also ask all kind of questions, practical, physical and mental. We explain and meet up to all expectations concerning set and setting. After this intake you are completely free to decide to go further or not. There are no obligations and we both are free to make the choice to continue or not. If we both decide to continu, further information will follow.

Further information/Preparation:
A beautiful inner journey starts with serious and proper preparation at home; we help you with this giving advice in advance concerning your health, practical preparation (food, clothes), relaxation tips, general information (films, podcasts, books)and emotional preparations (breath and energy exercises). We'll send an email with all practical information and agreements we make for during the ceremony. After reading and confirming this mail you agree to the conditions mentioned in the mail. If you have any further questions after reading the mail, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Informal start with tea.
Grounding meditation and introduction.
Remaining questions and answers.
Breathwork exercises that can be used during the ceremony.
​Shamanic cards.
Blessing and taking the Medicine while Shamanic drumming and rattling.
Session and deep dive itself, laying down on your mat, mostly wearing an eye mask.
Closing the circle.

Integration:
Integration is as important as the session itself. Therefore we give you in advance advice how to integrate your experiences into your daily life. The integration information will also be send by afterwards and we strongly advice you to take this seriously for your own benefit and to make the best out of the whole ceremony. So read it thoroughly in advance and practice it lovingly the days after the ceremony.

Whatever the experience, we provide you a safe space for your own exploration of your inner self. Trust the medicine, the process and your own inner healing intelligence of your own psyche & body. You don’t have to bring anything but your beautiful self. We arrange the medicine, food, drinks, blankets, eye-mask, etc. The location is at our home in the centre of Amsterdam (Brouwersgracht).
