The Ceremony
A truffle ceremony is a deep dive inward, with focus and surrender. The total duration is about 7 hours, with 4–5 hours of inward exploration. Our ceremony takes place in a safe, homely setting with carefully selected music and live instruments. A peaceful environment, beautiful music, a gentle touch and full presence are the keys to freely go inward and to explore your inner self.
We have guided over 150 people and bring more than 20 years of combined spiritual, shamanic and breathwork experience. We work according to the guidelines of MAPS and The Third Wave, with strong attention to set, setting and safety. As we are not therapists, the ceremony is not a medical treatment neither a quick fix. The process is inward, lovingly guided and the journey itself unfolds through your own inner intelligence and the intelligence of the Plant Medicine.

Intake & Preparation
Before the ceremony, we have a telephone intake (optional in person). We explore your intention, expectations, and physical and mental wellbeing and discuss whether this is the right moment for you. After this conversation, both sides are free to decide whether to continue. If we proceed, you will receive practical preparation information about health, food, clothing and mental preparation as well as tips for social media links.

Integration
Integration is an essential part of the process. We provide information before and after the ceremony on how to gently integrate insights into daily life. The real journey starts with integration. So we strongly encourage taking your integration seriously and with care.
Practical Details
Everything is provided: a peaceful environment, truffles, food, drinks, blankets, eye masks and music. You only need to bring your beautiful self. The location is at the Brouwersgracht 75 in Amsterdam. Private ceremonies can be scheduled on request. The exchange is €450 for a 1 person ceremony, €300pp for a 2 person ceremony and €200pp for 3 persons and more, all included. Trust the process, The Medicine, and your own inner wisdom.
