A one on one session is a beautiful way to explore your inner self and release tensions and old patterns.
We discuss your intention and will record a personalised breathing exercise and meditation that you can use at home. The main part of the individual session will be a guided connected breathwork session with energywork to release blockages in the body and mind and to experience an altered state of consciousness. It is a total reset for the body and mind and can be a profound healing experience.
