Full Dose Truffle Ceremony Amsterdam

A day or evening of self exploration and a deep dive inwards through a Full Dose Truffle Ceremony in an intimate, warm, safe and loving setting. For both beginners, intermediate and experienced participants. I strive to create a setting of love, safety and surrender. I will guide you with all the care you need to have the best experience possible. I will assist you with breathing techniques, energytouch, beautiful music, shamanic instruments and my full undivided presence. I studied and follow the guidelines of Maps.org (Multidisciplinairy Association of Psychedelic Studies) Also if needed I am there for you in the days or weeks after the session to help you with the integration of the experiences into your daily life.

Een praktijkgerichte nascholing, geschikt voor gezondheidsprofessionals die zich willen verdiepen in Ademwerk. Deze nascholing is SNRO geaccrediteerd en geldig om je Medische- en Psychosociale Basiskennis te onderhouden. hier om te bewerken.
De aandacht voor ademhaling is de laatste jaren terecht sterk toegenomen. In zowel wetenschappelijk onderzoek als ook in de therapeutische praktijk is er een hernieuwde belangstelling ontstaan naar de kracht van de adem. Van subtiele technieken uit de yoga tradities (pranayama) tot meer intens ‘ademwerk’, allen kunnen toegepast worden als aanvulling op complementaire behandelmethoden. Deze cursusdag richt zich op zowel de wetenschappelijke als ook de holistische benadering van ademtechnieken. Tijdens deze dag zal theorie en het direct persoonlijk ervaren van de ademtechnieken elkaar afwisselen. Aan het einde van deze dag heb je een toolbox met kennis en ademtechnieken die direct toepasbaar is op je cliënten. Daarnaast kunnen deze ademtechnieken jezelf als therapeut helpen met het managen van je energie, verminderen van stress en het voorkomen van ‘compassie moeheid’. Meer info..... |
