After a 5 years of working, meditating and breathing on this music it’s finally ready to share it with you.

The music is tuned to each energy centre and combines shamanic instruments, drones, classical instruments and sounds of the elements earth, water, fire, wind and space. 

It is an exploration of your awareness and energy body through meditation, breathwork and frequencies. 
Each chakra has it´s own tuning based on the 432Hz scale: From C in the base chakra, all through D, E, F, G, A and B for the crown chakra.

This session is a living transmission — blending ancient wisdom with modern science-based practices.

Through guided breathwork, we activate the energy body and open the inner pathways of the energy centers (chakras), awakening the natural intelligence of life within.
With this session you can heal yourself physically, mentally and help you on your inner discovery.  A space to clear, energize, and align your being, reconnecting you to the silent source beyond mind.

Note: please do this session in a quiet and safe space where you will not be disturbed for at least an hour. 
It is a gentle session but the music and the breathing can bring you into an altered state of consciousness. This is beautiful but be aware to not listen to this while driving, biking or in the water or any other activity that could cause danger to yourself or others.
